Walmart Therapy

Who hasn't been walking around the local Super Walmart and seen something that made you say, "Holy shit, you gotta be kidding me?" When you find yourself in just the right state of mind and then it is off for some site seeing. Looking at people who make you immediately wonder where they hide when not at Walmart. After a few minutes at Walmart you quickly realize that it could always be worse. Instead of being you, high and enjoying the scenery, you could be one of them, being the scenery.

The "Pot President"

I'm not sure if everyone caught the fact that our new President elect used to be a pot smoker. When asked in an interview if he inhaled? His response was, "that's kind of the point isn't it?"

What better way to stimulate the economy, than by the legalization of pot? If I could just walk into a store and by a "fat bag," I would be more than happy to pay a tax similar to that of cigarettes or liquor. When you think of the numer of pot smokers in the country, that's a boatload of cash.

Being the President of changhe would really mean something if the new President would light up a "fatty," and stimulate the economy with a little help from Senator Mary Jane....

Marijuana "Willie"

I thought I would share this one, I just happened to stumble on. Just in case you may have just enjoyed the pleasures of a blunt, bowl, oney, or gravity bong. Marijuana "Willie" will have you smiling and tapping your foot. Well since your high, don't be afraid to just sit and watch it a couple of times...

Thanksgiving

The ultimate "stoner" holiday has got to be, Thanksgiving. The day starts out leisurely, often with coffee and a parade. Parades are great to zone out to. The only tricky part is finding a good reason to go to the store, the shed, where ever it is that you are going to be able to take a toke. From there we celebrate by just showing up, having a smile on our face and eating as much as we want and then some. Turkey, potatoes, stuffing, a good wine, or maybe a Bud, depending on where you live. Football on the television to zone out to and everyone is really too tired to get too excited about anything. No pressure to buy gifts, as your presence truly is all that is required.

"Wake & Bake"

Who doesn't like the old fashioned "wake and bake?" First thing in the morning, possibly a cup of coffee and nothing much to do. The feeling you get just after you have exhaled...a smile comes across your face and all ambition starts to fade. The deal you have made is a simple one, a great start to the day, but you have agreed that you are OK if nothing at all gets done today.
Isn't it ironic that the early morning high is both the reason some folks smoke and at the same time, probably one of the biggest deterrents to marijuana becoming legal. Great intentions before you take that toke and absolutely no follow through after. How many of us have made plans to do something and thought to yourself, this will be better high. Only to end up not doing anything at all? Now there is a group of folks who become very motivated to accomplish things, well as long as it doesn't include dealing with people. I have often wondered how many professionals are stoned at work and no one even knows? How many folks who are involved with design work, data entry, analysis. Hell, I have really started to wonder how many people on wall street start their day with a good high? How many times have you heard, "buy, buy, buy" down to a low stock price and then an all together now, " SELL." How stoned are these people??

Slow Start

I had to laugh today, as I realized that this blog was off to a slow start and a start that could not be more appropriate. So far this blog is like a good high in that it was a great idea with all sorts of pep and vigor. Somewhere along the line, during the glow that always comes from a good "High" idea, the ability to execute got a little lost. There was enough to get started, but not enough to make a real contribution.
I always have to laugh when people talk about the legalization of marijuana. The fact that it is illegal has as much to do with it's participants as it does the substance itself. The folks that got alcohol legalized were very motivated, they wanted to get things done, so they could enjoy a drink. The "drinkers" I know are always motivated to get things done, as the sooner we finish, the sooner they are at the bar having a drink. The folks that are working for the legalization of marijuana get together, get high first (because that will help with creativity and focus) and then proceed to come up with all sorts of great ideas and then, well you know, nothing. As the high sets in, anything that involves effort, becomes less and less attractive. Well that's ok, we'll get them next time.

Not just high....FucknHigh!

Ok - so if you are here reading this you obviously know what I mean. We have all had those moments when we weren't just high, but FucknHigh.

With the recent change in the marijuana laws in Massachusettes, we felt the time was right for a place to share all those stories you have that you can't share, either because of your family, work or social situation. As you know, it's not like you can go to class or work or even church and tell everyone about the great time you had last night at Taco Bell when you were really FucknHigh.

Well this is a place where you can go to be entertained and celebrate the fact that you can enjoy a good toke and a good joke....enjoy....
